In this context, relocation services, which are already well developed in larger cities and regions, offer solutions to support the transfer of individuals, families and groups to the new area.
The concept of Change Relocation Management grew from an analysis of the business structure in the Italian part of Switzerland (Ticino) which shows an increasing influx of people coming from every corner the world. At the same time there was a lack of supporting services to help these people to acclimate and settle-in rapidly to their new environment.
In particular, Change Relocation Management is targeted at:

• International Companies who recruit a global workforce
• Companies with their headquarters or logistics HQ in Ticino
• Private individuals and their families who relocate to Ticino for personal reasons

The moving and settling-in process is facilitated by people who have lived firsthand the experience of relocating to Ticino and who have gained deep knowledge of the area and how to get things done locally.  Furthermore, once the relocation has been completed, we do not abandon the client. Instead we continue to support him or her, by helping with both regular problems and emergencies.
